INDOOR CYCLING - A stationary cycling class that emulates outdoor road riding. This exhilarating class is done on a uniquely designed stationary bike in conjunction with great music. It is a fast and effective way to burn calories and have fun. The class simulates riding over different types of terrain and different types of road. Indoor cycling helps increase endurance and achieve a higher level of aerobic fitness as well as maximizing calorie and fat burning. Indoor cycling can be high intensity, but is non-impact and can be tailored to all levels of participation.
POWER YOGA - With an emphasis on flexibility and strength, different poses are performed that increase range of motion, core stability, flexibility, improve balance and help to create a long, lean body. Taught progressively, Yoga also helps to enhance both mental and physical awareness.
TREADMILL BURN - Tired of the same old routine on the treadmill? Whether you are a walker or runner, this ultra-motivating interval training class will teach you how to stay in the proper heart rate training zone to maximize results, lose fat faster, and burn a ton of calories. Find out how to utilize your time most efficiently on the treadmill while shredding fat and getting an amazing cardiovascular workout. All levels are welcome.
KICKBOX BURN - This high energy boxing/kickboxing class is an incredible cross-training workout that delivers results and keeps you motivated. This is a program based on the drills and exercises utilized by Optimum Boot Camp. Kick Box Burn includes boxing, kickboxing, resistance training, abdominal work, calisthenics, and Plyometrics to burn fat, gain lean muscle, gain flexibility, and increase cardiovascular strength and endurance.

TRX Suspension Training - involves working in a suspended position against gravity with your own body weight as resistance. The body is forced to work in ways that may be invigoratingly shocking, leaving the TRX user gasping a breathless "Wow!" Muscles that may have been unused during non-functional machine workouts have suddenly been recruited to so some work. The suspension part of the TRX system presents a new element of challenge. The core is engaged in every exercise, balance is enhanced, more muscle fibers are firing. Best of all, each person can work at their own level of challenge, making it a class for everyone!
Body Shop – is conditioning for dancers and dancers at heart. Whether you have had years of training or wish you had. Dancers have some of the most finely tuned and efficient machines for bodies. This class is a combination of head to toe (that means butt and ads too!) toning, strengthening, and stretching designed to keep all of your joints and muscles well oiled and working together. Get familiar with your body or become reacquainted, no shoes or experience necessary. If you hear music and can’t keep your body from grooving, this is the class for you .
